Consignments at Roma Store decreased 47% this week, to 2,500 head. Supply tightened throughout the week due to scattered showers, with quality varying across the yarding. The usual buyers operated, with good quality lines attracting strong competition from feedlot buyers, and restockers more selective on lighter weights.

Throughput at Dalby increased 16% this week, to 4,480 head. Rainfall was restricted in the local supply area, however notable across other districts resulting in a dearer trend. Export buyers operated keenly, with processors and restockers providing strong competition for cows and young lightweight lines.
