Summary

Opportunities exist to leverage Australia's red meat credentials in quality, consistency, and sustainability to drive preference over other countries of origin. This project involved developing and delivering marketing materials to food service operators and retailers.
Key expected outcomes include:
- satisfaction amongst materials recipients (determined by survey data)
- website traffic/asset usage
- growth in awareness measures in the Global Tracker survey.

Objectives

To build brand equity for Australian red meat amongst targeted consumers.
