Summary
This program was developed to increase Australia lamb market opportunities and consumer awareness through Youtube channel video clips with international food professionals known as 'Lambassadors', hotel promotion events and the Lambassador delegation to Australia.
Objectives
This project covers the reporting period of 2021 – 2022 and addresses
the International Markets priority for the Korea region of developing ‘educated ambassadors’ (staff, customers, media and influencers).
