Summary

The primary objective of this project is to enhance global awareness of the Australian Red Meat industry, its systems, standards, and credentials. This heightened awareness is crucial for fostering a preference for Australian Red Meat worldwide.

The initiative involved identifying and nurturing key global influencers for Australian beef and lamb, designating them as 'educated ambassadors.' These representatives were empowered to advocate across priority areas, effectively showcasing industry credentials in a positive light and highlighting the numerous benefits associated with Australian Red Meat.

Objectives

This project covers the reporting period of 2020 – 2025 and addresses
the International Markets priority for the Global region of developing ‘educated ambassadors’ (staff, customers, media and influencers).
