Summary
Retail promotions carried out in stores in greater China to raise consumer awareness of Australian red meat.
Objectives
The objective of this project was to increase consumer awareness of Australian branded red meat in greater China retail markets.
Key findings
Retail promotions in greater China have led to improved physical availability of Australian red meat.
Benefits to industry
Benefits to the red meat industry include:
- building of brand equity for Australian red meat amongst targeted consumers
- increasing the physical availability of Australian red meat products on a global scale.
