Summary

This Company Managed Activity funded additional non-contract invoices to support industry engagement and wider adoption of objective measurement technologies for FY24. It also funded the external technical and grading services required to continue the objective measurement device AUS-MEAT accreditation trials for the September 2023 grading trial. Following this, the accreditation grading process will transition to an AUS-MEAT fee for service model.

This investment also supported industry engagement activities to help deliver against KPIs for the Objective Measurement Program and support adoption activities for FY24. The general operating costs required to support these adoption initiatives included facilitated industry consultation forums, industry demonstrations, logistics and freighting, travel and accommodation for non-MLA staff, catering, venue hire and development and printing of publication materials.
