- Electronic National Vendor Declaration (eNVD) system - web and mobile
- myFeedback
- Livestock Production Assurance (LPA).

Objectives

1. Conduct an accessibility audit of ISC in-scope digital products for their conformance against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). WCAG are technical standards on web accessibility, globally adopted aim to make websites, apps and other digital assets accessible to people with a broad range of disabilities, including sensory, intellectual, learning and physical disabilities.

2. Conduct a usability heuristic audit which examines user experience aspects of in-scope ISC digital products to identify problems against a set of universal design principles. This heuristic audit will follow vendor tried and tested approach which is built off the industry leading standards of the Nielsen Norman Group.
