Summary
NCOM is the internal engine of the NLIS Database which requires an essential modernization effort to support rising demand, especially in light of the National Sheep & Goat EID requirements. The best solution is to rebuild the NCOM engine using latest technology following modern architecture.
Objectives
The objective of this CMA is to enagage a skilled Software Architect to design and develop the new NCOM POC application for the "NLIS NCOM Exit" mini project.
