Summary
This project is for the management of the MSA audit and training services for 2023/24. The program was in place to audit MSA licensees to verify compliance to MSA Standards and maintain integrity within the program. Audits covered wholesalers, retail, food service outlets, supermarkets, independent boning rooms and saleyards. The project also ensured that MSA beef processor and grader training was available for industry.
