Summary

1. Global Insights on AMTH stage 1 was completed in FY23, as a part of IMK & GIIST collaborative project to build an online, one-stop-shop that integrates marketing and insights resources for Australian red meat brand owners. Stage 1 primarily focuses on the delivery of critical insight tools – market classification and category growth drivers.
2. Global insights stage 2 will focus on delivering other key contents (such as new tools and insight libraries) as well as ongoing maintenance of the platform.

Objectives

In order to maximise the returns for the prosperity of the industry, we target high value opportunities in global markets, underpinned by data and insights.
Online, automated, easy-to-use, self-serving insight tools will 1) capture greater number of exporters than 1-on-1 consultation process, and 2) accelerate speed of insight adoption.
As a result, Global Insights on AMTH will contribute to expand high value opportunities for the industry.
Classification and driver tools create impacts for commercial stakeholders.
