Summary

The Food Value Chain Innovators: Emerging Leaders Program is a sub-project within the RnD4Profit Insights to Drive Food Value Chain Innovation and Growth project and is aimed at developing the skill set of the Young Food Innovator trainees.

Objectives

This CMA is to support Phase 2 program costs for the Young Food Innovators program.

Participants in the program will:
- explore adaptive strategies to address complex issues and situations
- increase awareness of the six ARLF leadership practices to develop an understanding of how behaviour impacts on relationships with others
- build peer networks for future collaboration and support.
