Summary
This project involves the preparation, delivery and follow up for one half day workshop and one full day workshop for the Young Food Innovators’ program in Melbourne.
Topic covered include:
- introduction to innovation culture and provision of tools for participants to use within their workplaces. Best practice case study/industry visit
- driving innovation in a corporate culture – workshop specific issues/problems that participants are working with. Provision of tools to use within workplace.
Objectives
Delivery of one half day workshop and one full day workshop on 'innovation culture' and 'driving innovation in a corporate culture' to Young Food Innovator program participants as part of the Melbourne residential week (November 2017). Interactive sessions will be held using tools, quizzes and focusing on actual examples of situations and issues that participants are facing within their organisations.
