Summary

Dr. Angeline Aachariya, CEO of the Food Innovation Centre and Mr. Rod Heath, Capability and Programs Manager at Monash University will be leading and facilitating a Food Innovation Intrapreneurship Program for the Food Value Chain Innovators - Emerging Leaders' program. The overall objective is to increase innovative capacity, relating to culture change and design-led prototyping needed for agile, responsive innovation across the Agrifood sector. This is part of the Rural R&D for Profit Project.

This project was created to deliver a 1-day workshop to the Young Food Innovator Cohort 2 focusing on front-end innovation applied tools and methods and a hands-on case study on exporting a juice beverage to China. Workshop to be held at Monash University FIC.

Objectives

The consultant will achieve the following objectives:
- The program will be designed and delivered with a focus on food innovation intrapreneurship in accordance with the scope of the Emerging Leaders' - YFIp. Material is then to be submitted to MLA.
- One day training with two experienced innovation trainers, three specialist trainers and recruitment of eight 'new Australian, Chinese born target group individuals' for juice case study ideation critique.
- Summary slides for all participants.
- Optimised FIC IP front end innovation presentations/training materials (FIC IP) (e-copies) to be provided to MLA.
