Summary
This project conducted a detailed analysis of potential options for revenue diversification for ISC. The options were analysed and assessed through the lens of cost factors to establish and maintain the revenue stream, the barriers to implementation, resources required, systems/technology/data inputs required, and go to market considerations.
Objectives
Consultation will be undertaken as required to test the feasibility of each of the revenue options and the top 2-3 options will be prioritised.
Recommendations on an appropriate model will be made according to the findings for consideration.
