Summary

This project implemented and improved improvements to the LPA database to add and improve functions relating to the communication cycle for the reaccreditation process. Due to the number of producers in the LPA database, this project aims to streamline the process and ensure that ISC have control and access to implement changes to communications in order to fulfill ISC's requirements to complete its due diligence in the case that a producer has accreditation removed.

Objectives

2. Develop a portal for the communications team to access, edit and test any of the communications that get sent in the recommitment communication cycle
3. Communication flow changes actioned when requested
4. Investigate and potentially implement changes to reaccreditation dates by regions in line with communication strategy
5. Implement cheque flow and communication cycle in response to unpaid cheques
