Summary

Delivery of “Lead with Certainty” supported learning package to up to 135 cattle producers across nine groups in Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia (Northern). The SLP will be delivered in accordance with the approved SLP and focus on the people curriculum. This package will also help increase familiarity of the PGS brand with Northern beef producers.

Objectives

Delivery of Tammy Kruckow Coaching “Lead with Certainty” supported learning package to nine groups of cattle producers in Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia (Northern). The delivery locations will occur in: Gregory Downs QLD, Cloncurry QLD, Alice Springs NT, Katherine NT, Darwin NT, and Kununurra WA. As well as two groups locations yet to be determined. The SLP will be delivered in accordance with the approved SLP and focus on the people curriculum. 

Lead with Certainty allows for the participant to be able to develop a better understanding about themselves and their teams, whilst learning more effective ways of creating a positive team culture through planning, goal setting and communication. All participants will complete a Leadership DISC profile. This package delivery is offered in a remote method, offering face to face sessions as well as virtual delivery.

PGS is an adoption program, therefore no key findings were made.
