Summary

Delivery of Tammy Kruckow Coaching “Lead with Certainty” supported learning package to up to 75 cattle producers across five groups in Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia (Northern). The SLP will be delivered in accordance with the approved SLP and focus on the people curriculum. This package will also help increase familiarity of the PGS brand with Northern beef producers.

Key findings

Due to the nature of the PGS program delivery, there are no key findings.

Benefits to industry

MLA should invest in this PGS project as the program has consistently delivered on farm impact since its conception, returning $17.47/ha on average for participating producers due to the adoption of management practices.

MLA action

MLA continues to deliver the Profitable Grazing Systems (PGS) program, supporting participants to have the opportunity to develop and practice skills with small groups of like-minded producers to improve business performance.
