Summary

The Right Mind package focuses on developing soft skills including fundamentals of good communication and connection delivery, behaviour tools to improve communication, client needs vs concerns, barriers to practice change and presentation skills.

Objectives

Delivery of two one-day workshops, followed by two one-on-one phone meetings between deliverer and participant, two group webinars and a final one-day workshop.
