Summary

This project is for the management of the MSA audit and training services for 2022/23. The program is in place to audit MSA licensees to verify compliance to MSA Standards and maintain integrity of the program. Audits cover wholesalers, retail, food service outlets, supermarkets, independent boning rooms and saleyards.

• auditing of MSA licensed enterprises

• administration of the MSA Auditing program
• delivery of MSA beef processor and grader training.
