Summary

Industry bodies and education programs are key mechanisms that create interest in butchery and foodservice trades by encouraging participation and reward for completion of certifications. Our support of these programs ensures their continuation with a high level of red meat focus/education.

Objectives

Providing support for the Independent Retail Butcher channel and industry stakeholders.
