This includes the migration of the developed material to the new platform to create a website that allows users of Sheep Genetics to readily access extension information as well as important links to functional sites such as the search.

Key findings

A live working website was developed that:
- Links to the Sheep Genetics database site easily
- Looks and feels like an MLA website
- Includes updated information that is easy to find

Benefits to industry

The development will improve Sheep Genetics’ communication to stakeholders. As well as assist in improving customer centricity for those seeking information on the genetic tools and technologies available.

MLA action

MLA continues to maintain and update the new site to ensure up-to-date information is readily available to Sheep Genetics clients and ram buyers.

Future research

Continual development of the Sheep Genetics website and database systems will continue for improved industry use for its stakeholders.
