Summary
The Department of Agriculture Water and Environment (the department) recently released an update to the Australian Standards for the Export of Livestock (ASEL version 3.2) which necessitates updating the ASEL Handbook app to incorporate the changes made and ensure that it remains an up-to-date resource for industry.
Objectives
The ASEL Handbook app is used widely across the industry and this project will assist in supporting broad awareness among exporters, LiveCorp Accredited Stockpersons, AAVs, regulatory staff and industry bodies of the new ASEL requirements and contribute to implementation activities.
This project will maximise previous LEP investment in the ASEL Handbook app, by continuing to maintain its relevance, accuracy and value.
