This project objective is to improve supply chain performance, efficiency and welfare for the processing of Australian cattle in the UAE.

Objectives

This project objective is to improve supply chain performance and efficiency in the UAE for the processing of Australian cattle by improving the infrastructure of Sharjah Slaughterhouse to process Australian cattle to ESCAS standard, reducing condemnation rates and animal welfare risks.
