Summary
Consultant is to provide services to Integrity Systems Company for the successful improvement and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Certification, this includes focusing on previous non-conformances raised in external audits as well as reviewing the current system capability including further expanding the scope to include Livestock Data Link (LDL) in the ISC Quality Management System (QMS).
Objectives
- In depth Internal Audit on Management including process improvements implemented.
- Broad Internal Audit of overall systems in preparation for 2022 ISO 9001 Triennial audit.
- Gap Analysis for Livestock Data Link (LDL) to be included in the scope of the ISC QMS.
- Any additional services relating to any potential Non-conformances raised in the 2021 external audit.
- Gap Analysis of the ISC QMS to look at improvements on how we Audit & Document.
