Summary

This project will provide ISC with advice and assistance in the development of crisis governance policies, processes, supporting documentation and a testing and training framework to underpin ISC’s crisis preparedness arrangements and capabilities.

Objectives

Develop a formal crisis governance policy for ISC outlining the following:
a. Crisis escalation and coordination flows
b. Crisis attestation reporting requirements to MLA
c. Crisis documentation requirements
d. Crisis exercise requirements such as frequency, type and exercise scenario scope.

Benefits to industry

It is beneficial to industry that ISC is prepared in the case of a crisis.

MLA action

MLA should continue to prepare for uneventful crises by renewing documentation and continuing employee training as necessary.
