Summary

This project is phase 3 of a capital expenditure work to support IT activities required for maintaining ISC's Traceability Dashboard including:
• design and implementation of reporting tables
• design and creation of BI Dashboards
• implement to provide a Self-Service Platform for future expansion.

Objectives

• Data structures and ETL to support regular data loads.
• Completed 2 Compliance KPI Dossiers.
• Change Management Workshops.

Key findings

The work was completed to ISC's satisfactory requirements and maintenance of the dashboard has been maintained successfully.

Benefits to industry

The Traceability Dashboard is a tool used to manage the red meat industry's traceability data and is essential to upholding Australia's reputation globally, as having diligence in the food safety and management of red meat livestock.

MLA action

The Traceability Dashboard may need future improvements and continual maintenance.
