Summary

This project is phase 1 of 3 phases, required for the maintenance and improvement of the Traceability Compliance Dashboards. In this project, the following requirements have been outlined:
• Data structures and support regular data loads
• Design and Create BI Dashboards
• Implement to provide a Self-Service Platform for future expansion
• Provide a Change management workshop.

Objectives

  • Repoint data elements to new data structure and regression test
  • Move whole solution to new Cloud environment and regression test

Key findings

The work was completed to ISC's satisfactory requirements and maintenance of the dashboard has been maintained successfully.

Benefits to industry

The Traceability Dashboard is a tool used to manage the red meat industry's traceability data and is essential to upholding Australia's reputation globally, as having diligence in the food safety and management of red meat livestock.

MLA action

The Traceability Dashboard may need future improvements and continual maintenance.
