Meat the Market is an MLA owned SLP that has been developed by Elke Hocking of Elke Hocking Consulting and runs over 12 months. It aims to improve productivity and profitability/resilience of red meat producers by enabling them to gain a better understanding of lean meat yield and eating quality of lamb.

Benefits to industry
