Summary
Delivery of Tammy Kruckow Coaching “Lead with Certainty” supported learning package to one group of cattle producers in Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia (Northern). The SLP will be delivered in accordance with the approved SLP and focus on the people curriculum.

Delivery of Tammy Kruckow Coaching “Lead with Certainty” supported learning package to one group of cattle producers in Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia (Northern). The SLP will be delivered in accordance with the approved SLP and focus on the people curriculum.
Benefits to industry
Engagement with the Northern regions of Australia has been an ongoing barrier in the Profitable Grazing Systems program. This package delivery is offered in a remote method, offering face to face sessions as well as virtual delivery. Expected group size is twelve participants, with interest in filling three additional group deliveries. Resulting in approx. 50 producer touch points in Northern Australia where in 2018-2019, 64% of the Australian beef herd was accounted for.
