Summary

This project aims to deliver Pinion Advisory’s 'Pasture Principles' supported learning project (SLP) to a group of sheep and cattle producers in the North-East of Tasmania. The SLP will be delivered in accordance with the approved SLP and focus on the feedbase curriculum.

Objectives

Delivery of Pinion Advisory’s Pasture Principles supported learning project (SLP) to a group of sheep and cattle producers in the northern midlands of Tasmania. The SLP will be delivered in accordance with the approved SLP and focus on the feedbase curriculum. Delivery to commence by early March 2020 and conclude by the end of April 2022.

Benefits to industry

Profitable Grazing Systems impact that participating producers, on average receive a return of $17.47/ha due to the adoption of management practices.
