Summary

This purpose of this project was to deliver the replacement of the current MSA Infosys Microsoft Access Database registration and licensing functions which were being decommissioned. The MSA registration and licensing portal is a public facing portal with linkages to myMSA and CRM.

Objectives

The objectives of this project were to deliver a registration and licensing portal with linkages to myMSA and CRM.
Delivery of integration work and provision of the below requirements to ‘Empired’ for further development of the CRM:
1. Schema for NextGEN Member table
2. Schema for NextGEN User table
3. Schema for Licence Status table
4. Payload and endpoint for updating a Member in NextGEN
5. Payload and endpoint for updating a User in NextGEN.

Key findings

The delivery of the new MSA registration and licensing portal with linkages to the new myMSA platform and CRM, replacing the existing Infosys/Microsoft access database.

Benefits to industry

The benefit to industry from this project was the public access to the new MSA registration and licensing portal.
