Summary

The ongoing improvement of the CRM platform functionality by incorporating and streamlining current business processes into the system. Continual enrichment of the CRM will assist us to move forward with our overall objective of the system being the single source of truth within the business.

Objectives

• Improve system functionality, incorporate workflows and streamline business processes.
• Improvement and expansion of the existing functionality within the CRM, enabling us to move current manual processes into the system.
• The ongoing improvements of the product provide greatly improved user experiences and broader reporting capabilities across the business.
  Some of the planned updates for FY21/22 include:
• improved functionality, filtering and tagging capabilites against notes in Account & Contact Entities
• in-line message prompters
• adding PIC # data to CRM.
• Also included in this CMA budget is support hours with Empired for ad-hoc items such as system fixes.
