Summary
The Livestock Production Assurance (LPA) Program requires a number of SMS to be sent to LPA Accredited users communicating program changes and where action is required in order to maintain their LPA Accreditation. This method of communication along with email has been seen to be most effective over the course of the last two years increasing the rate of action taken when requested.
Objectives
- The required number of SMS sent timely and effectively.
- Improvement in LPA accreditation renewal rates.
