The recent internal audit of MLA's stakeholder management revealed MLA is sitting fairly low on the stakeholder management maturity matrix of best practice. In order to build a very strong strategy framework to underpin our operational plans, we are seeking the expertise of KPMG to assist with informing and advising on best practice, and in engaging the internal audit program team so that the MLA business is engaged with the final strategy framework.
