Summary

This project was to provide system, MLA staff and system vendor support in relation to the myMSA databases and DCU application.

Objectives

The 2019–20 maintenance contract for the myMSA website and DCU application will consist of the following objectives:
1. technical support to MLA staff
2. technical support and assistance to system vendors
3. scheduled refreshes of the test website databases upon request by MSA
4. database performance monitoring and enhancements where required
5. monitoring of the scheduled nightly operations (NLIS/RFID retrieval, indexed database regeneration)
6. DCU application support as required
7. File Grade Utility support as required
8. technical and user support
9. documentation updates as required.

Benefits to industry

This project was used as an enabler for the adoption of the MSA project.
