Summary
To build on and further develop an existing short video on the MSA Sheepmeat Grading process. It allows for a second, shorter version of the original video that was initially created and delivered in a previous project.
Objectives
Using an existing video as the basis for the video the consultant will restructure the script and film additional footage.
Benefits to industry
Provide sheep producers, processors and brand owners with a tool to explain the MSA Eating Quality program that underpins their products to their customers/supply chains.
