Summary
This consultancy agreement was in place to provide advice and support for research and development in MSA beef eating quality projects, including participation in the MSA Beef Pathways Committee.

- Review of milestone reports
- Technical expertise
- Scientific paper preparation
- Pathways and taskforce papers
