- Provide support the implementation of a new RD&E governance system and processes including regular review of progress and outcomes of the program.
- Employ an interim independent chairperson to guide changes to the program.
Benefits to industry
An effective and responsive research program that can prioritise projects and proposal across its portfolio will ensure that existing research and knowledge can be utilised and future research is streamlined.
The new systems and processes will improve administrative efficiencies and instil a culture of strategic research that aligns with industry’s priorities and needs.
