Summary
The centralised management system which has been developed as part of the Livestock Global Assurance Program (LGAP) is the fundamental element which draws together all components of LGAP as the tool that Facilities, Operators, Certification Bodies, Auditors and the Program Owner will use to record and monitor conformance with the Program Standards and Rules.
The system is an essential component of the Program. This project expenditure is covering the LGAP ITS holding costs and are in the implementation plan and budget which was handed to industry April 2016. However, as industry is not at the point of implementation yet, these holding costs are being funded by the LEP until implementation roll out.
