Further Development of Ramping Up Genetic Gain (RUGG) tools for Sheep Genetics

Summary

​By further developing the Ramping Up Genetics gain reports it will enable both ram breeders and Sheep Genetics service providers to better access and interpret the reports to identify areas in which recording data for genetic evaluation can be improved. This will increase both the accuracy and intensity of selection across the seed stock area therefore leading to faster rates of genetic gain across industry.
