Summary
Gary Burridge, leading industry expert and ex CEO NCMC, was engaged to chair the OMAC (Objective Measurement Adoption Committee).
The project covered costs for travel and incidental expenses to run meetings including one attended by over 40 smallstock and beef processors, to discuss DEXA technology, implementation, and funding options. The OMAC discussions lead to V.TEC.1704 which was a report on installation pricing.
