Summary
This Company Managed Activity (CMA) was established to fund direct costs (travel, accommodation and meals) for Soma Optics staff to attend processing of a Resource Flock cohort. Soma Optics is a supplier of near infrared technologies to assess meat quality characteristics is fish, pork and beef in Japan.
This interaction with the Advanced Livestock Measurement Technologies program will inform potential future opportunities for collaborative R&D.
