Summary
MLA cofounded a young food innovator with Patties Foods. The candidate did not complete the 2 year program but whilst engaged, participated in the innovation capability development residential programs (a program under the Rural RD for Profit Insights2Innovation program (V.RDP.1000)). Key activities included new product development in Meat Snacks that extended beyond sausage rolls and meat pies and included in-home and bakery channels as well as process improvements to Patties New Product Development design.
