Summary

Develop a short video on the MSA Sheepmeat Grading process to provide sheep processors and brand owners with a tool to explain the MSA Eating Quality program that underpins their products to their customers/supply chains.

Objectives

Develop an instructional video covering the MSA Sheepmeat grading process from paddock to plate.
Work to be completed by the consultant includes:
- analysis of brief/develop creative approach/concept development/production management
- writer/producer/director
- location filming
- location filming – camera operator with HD field production kit including travel time
- drone footage
- digital media ingest, animation, graphic design, picture editing, music track lay and audio effects
- in-house voice over artist
- music copyright clearance (multiple tracks)
- licensed in-perpetuity (excluding free-to-air and pay TV)
- digital media asset storage, security and management.

The consultant will translate the MSA Beef Grading video to Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Arabic, including foreign language voice over as well as subtitles.
