Summary

Determine actual and potential market compliance risks (food safety risks, risks that can be understood as food safety risks, other technical risks), arising from the use of Australian red meat products in domestic and (potential) export markets. Provide a semi-quantitative rating of their magnitude. Develop plans to deal with the highest-ranked (potential) risks.
