Summary: The MSA model is a world leading eating quality program. MSA model development, whilst beneficial to various enterprises, is critical to achieving the MISP 2020 key priority indicators (KPIs). Continual development of the MSA model occurs after research is conducted and results are endorsed by the MSA beef Pathways and Taskforce committees.
In this project the consultant is tasked with providing statistical updates to the MSA model for the development of a new model release. The consultant, including but not limited to, will provide further MSA marble score validation, hump height vs. tropical breed validation, mixing and stress pathway changes, meat colour and packaging changes and so on.
