Summary
The purpose of this project as a part of maintaining a robust integrity program, was to monitor the use of the MSA Trademark, through a surveillance program, amongst MSA licensed retail and supermarket outlets who have indicated to third party auditors, they are not utilising the trademark at point of sale.
Shoppers observe if the MSA trademarks are visible in store, assessing what products they were applied to and asking a knowledge question regarding the selling of MSA certified products.
