Summary

Women of Lotfeeding run a series of events throughout the year. MLA is sponsoring the organisation to the value of $5,000 to assist in delivery of all events. Feature Event: A networking event aimed at all feedlot employees and management. We welcome people from all areas of Agriculture to attend. With a line up of 3 prominent guest speakers to inspire and support women in the lot feeding industry. Mentoring Program: Using relationships we have built through our membership base we are aiming to facilitate an industry mentoring program for both women and men working in feedlots. Attendees at High Tea event stated would like a mentoring program within the lot feeding industry. Regional Networking Forums: These events will be used to increase our membership and also further build the network between women in lot feeding. There will be a focus speaker with a casual meal and drinks.
