Summary: This project was established to utilise the experience of the consultants to support the development and further enhancement of MSA and its eating quality programs.
The consultant, at the direction of MSA personnel, was tasked with; providing input into strategic development and experimental design of nominated R&D, providing continual development and innovation towards the MSA model, providing scienitific and industry support and providing the management an maintenance of the MSA R&D datatbases (AUSBlue) including scoping the transfer of the database to a MLA platform. The consultant was also tasked with the co-ordination and oversight of MSA sensory testing trial and chairing the MSA Beef Pathways Committee meeting.
