Summary
This project focused on developing a proposal document, developed by the National Livestock Genetics Consortium (Consortium) Implementation Committee, facilitated by Schuster Consulting Group, to provide a disciplined approach to the implementation, establishment and ongoing management of the Consortium over the next five years. The document provided background to the concept of the Consortium and the approach to developing the Business and Implementation Plan to the MLA Board for approval.
